Barre & Boxing Hybrid Class

Presented by Pure Barre West Loop, this fusion class combines the graceful movements and strength-building exercises of Barre with the high-intensity cardio and power punches of Boxing, creating a balanced and effective full-body workout.

We will start by unleashing your inner fighter with the basics of shadowboxing, teaching your stance and the 6 basic punches. Whether you're throwing jabs, crosses, hooks, or uppercuts, you'll feel empowered.

Then, sculpt and strengthen your muscles through a series of isometric holds, small pulsing movements, and controlled stretches, targeting specific muscle groups, including arms, legs, glutes, and core, to improve strength, flexibility, and posture.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, as modifications and progressions will be provided to accommodate individual needs.

Please note - guests must bring their own yoga mat or towel for floor exercises.
