Ristorante di Villa Torre Bianca

Our onsite restaurant is located in what was originally the villa’s stables, offering a blend of rustic charm and Apulian authenticity. With its wooden ceilings, natural stone walls, and expansive windows, the space offers a warm, inviting ambiance where traditional flavors meet modern dining.

The restaurant is open to hotel guests for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week, and for dinner Tuesday through Sunday. Off-site visitors are welcome for dinner Thursday through Saturday and for lunch on Sundays. We are pleased to prepare personalized menus for private events and for guests with allergies or dietary requirements.

Please note, the restaurant will be closed for the month of November.

Flavours of Apulia

Hotel guests can enjoy complimentary continental breakfast each day, featuring a delicious selection of sweet and savory treats, including homemade baked goods, eggs, ham and local cheeses, accompanied by rich, locally roasted coffee and fresh fruits. We offer a seasonal menu of light lunch items available poolside or in the dining room. For dinner, both hotel guests and off-site visitors are invited to join us for our Chef’s a la carte menu of Apulian specialties.

Cooking Classes with Chef Giovanni Vitto

Chef Giovanni Vitto offers daily cooking classes (except Mondays) from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. These classes offer a hands-on opportunity to discover the secrets of Apulian cuisine in an intimate and interactive setting. You'll learn to create regional classics such as Taralli alla Pugliese and Orecchiette alla Barese, then savor the fruits of your labor with a glass of wine.

Private Events

Ristorante Villa Torre Bianca is available for private events, offering an unparalleled setting for gatherings and celebrations. The indoor dining room accommodates up to 60 seated guests, or should you choose to hold your event outdoors, we can accommodate up to 150 guests.
