Cala San Giovanni, Monopoli – 20-minute drive

Tucked away near the charming town of Monopoli, Cala San Giovanni features golden sands and shallow, clear waters, perfect for families with younger children. Cala Maka, Torre Canne – 30-minute drive

Vignanotica, Mattinata– 2.5-hour drive 

For those who don’t mind a long drive, Vignanotica is worth every mile. Spend the day relaxing on this pebble and sand beach, getting up only to snorkel or explore the surrounding caves of Grotta dei Colombi, Grotta dei Sogni, Arco Ricamato and Grotta Campana Grande. After parking, a short trek through olive groves and pine forests leads you to this secluded gem. The views alone make the effort worthwhile.
