The caves are open year-round but are especially magical in spring and fall. Visitors can go for a few hours or the whole day, for nighttime visits, and even concerts.
La Rotta dei Dua Mari (Route of Two Seas) is a path that connects the Adriatic town of Polignano a Mare to the Ionian town of Taranto. Spanning over 120 kilometers, this trail features various terrains and views from sea, plains, and hills with stops among popular Puglian villages of Castellana Grotte, Alberobello, Loccorotondo, Martina Franca, and Crispiano.
