Our onsite restaurant is located in what was originally the villa’s stables, offering a blend of rustic charm and authentic Apulian character. With its exposed wooden ceilings, natural stone walls, and expansive windows, the space provides a warm and inviting atmosphere where traditional flavours meet contemporary dining.

In addition to our elegant indoor dining room, guests can also enjoy al fresco dining on our covered patios, overlooking centuries-old olive trees and the beautiful Apulian countryside.

The restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, welcoming both hotel guests and off-site visitors.

For private events and special occasions, our elegant indoor dining room can accommodate up to 60 seated guests, making it the perfect setting for intimate celebrations, corporate gatherings, and family occasions. Our outdoor patio offers a beautiful open-air venue, accommodating up to 70 guests for a private seated dinner or up to 250 guests for larger outdoor dining experiences, receptions, and celebrations.

Private events must be booked in advance, and our culinary team is pleased to create customized menus tailored to your event, including options for guests with allergies, dietary requirements, or special preferences.

Hotel guests can enjoy complimentary continental breakfast each day, featuring a delicious selection of sweet and savory treats, including homemade baked goods, eggs, ham and local cheeses, accompanied by rich, locally roasted coffee and fresh fruits. We offer a seasonal menu of light lunch items available poolside or in the dining room. For dinner, both hotel guests and off-site visitors are invited to join us for our Chef’s a la carte menu of Apulian specialties.

Cooking Classes with a Professional Chef

Join our daily cooking classes led by Chef Vito Tauro, a former MasterChef Italy competitor with a strong background in culinary education. Offered by request every day except Monday, these intimate, hands-on sessions provide a unique opportunity to explore the rich traditions of Apulian cuisine in a warm and interactive setting.

Under Chef Vito’s expert guidance, you’ll learn to prepare regional specialties like Taralli alla Pugliese and Orecchiette alla Barese, then sit down to enjoy your creations paired with a glass of wine.
