Villa Torre Bianca and The Emily Hotels are owned and operated by Onni Group, a family-owned real estate development company who, for over half a century, has been building communities for people to live, work, and play. Onni Group's founder, Innocenzo De Cotiis, comes from humble beginnings, growing up on a small family farm alongside seven siblings in the south eastern Italian province of Foggia. At 21, penniless, with a grade 2 education and no English, he immigrated to Vancouver, Canada with his family. Over the years that followed, Inno and his brothers applied the work ethic they grew up with, running a successful landscaping business and eventually investing in their first real estate venture in the 1960s. In the mid 90's, the brothers decided to move forward independently with their own development companies and Inno formed Onni along with his sons.

Onni's expertise now expands throughout North America and internationally where the company constructs new homes, owns and manages rental apartments, develops office, retail and industrial space, and develops and manages a collection of hospitality brands. Onni's hospitality portfolio includes a collection of restaurants, hotels and extended stay accommodations including Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, The Emily Hotel, Steveston Waterfront Hotel, Opus Vancouver, Selva Chicago and Fora Chicago.
