The Grotte di Castellana is one of the largest cave systems in Italy, located just 10 minutes driving from Villa Torre Bianca, near the town of Castellana Grotte. This underground marvel spans over 3 kilometers and reaches depths of more than 100 meters, with guided tours through stalactite and stalagmite formations - making it a must-visit destination for families, nature lovers, and geology enthusiasts. The caves are open year-round but are especially magical in spring and fall. Visitors can go for a few hours or the whole day, for nighttime visits, and even concerts.
La Rotta dei Dua Mari (Route of Two Seas) is a path that connects the Adriatic town of Polignano a Mare to the Ionian town of Taranto.
