Our recent collaboration with celebrated artist Emmy Star Brown brought playful colors and abstract shapes in the form of murals and branding elements to The Emily. A local honey collaboration between The Emily Hotel and Roofcrop tests flavor profiles and utilizes the hotel's roof top garden. Marigolds and ancho chilis come to together to create a sweet, smoky, and spicy honey.
